Re: Binoviewer Recommendation
Like George stated, go with the William Optics Binoviewer! I have used it with my Lunt 102mm ED F/7 for several years and love it! I use paired 32mm and 40mm Plossls with the WO Binoviewer and am MORE than happy! It should work just as well visually on your setup as mine. You can go down to paired 2...

Re: LUNT LS35T-Ha telescope in action today in clear-skies 28-10-2021
Hi,Terry- I have the Lunt 40mm solar telescope with B600. I love it. It reminds me so much of the Lunt 35mm. I think this is Lunt's answer to so many solar observers wanting a quick grab and go that would be very marketable to the PST in cost and visual performance. I have owned and sold MANY solar ...

Thanks, guys!
Yes,DeepSolar64, you need to get a binoviewer. I use the William Optics one and it is GREAT! I don't do visual with my Quark without the binoviewer. Use matched 25mm and 32mm Plossls with the binoviewer and your good to go. They don't have to be top of the line Plossls either.

I absolutely recommend the Baader 2" Amici correct image diagonal for visual H-alpha visual observing. I compared my 2"Di-Electric diagonal and saw NO difference in the image with my Quark Chromospere,Lunt 102mm ED refractor and William Optics Binoviewer using matched 25mm and 32mm Plossls...

I would send the scope back and get the Daystar Quark Chromosphere version. I bought the Solar Scout scope you have and not a fan of it. The focuser is inadequate and the deal breaker for me. I am still waiting for Teleskop Services to give me total price of the setup. I may just get from Home Depot 2,5" rubber PVC end caps and cut out a 80mm hole on 1 of them, and 60mm hole in the other and stop it down that way, only costing me $12! We will see.
