Re: FOR SALE: Lunt Double Stack Etalon for all LS60FHa Filters and LS60THa Telescopes

I have in Madrid a Stelarvue sv 90, triplet fluorite in good state. They were tested one by one by Vic Maris. Are you interested and we swap?
Thanks

Re: SUN 06-01-2021

Thanks to all of you! Mark, I use a IDS UI-3370CP-M-GL, I got second hand from Christian Viladrich, CMOS, mono, Cmosis sensor, 2048 X 2048, 11.2 X 11.2 mm size, 5.5 μm pixel size, with good response to h alpha: 60% QE at 656 nm. I think it has low noise. In my Lenovo laptop I can't get more than 22 ...

Re: December 29 2020 Observations

James: I like very much your reports. I am shifting to observation from imaging because of them. Yesterday, after imaging, I saw visually the prom in the SW you mention which was really amazing. I used a 10mm ploss eyepiece which in the Lunt LS60 gives 50X. All the proms were beautiful. There is som...

Beautiful shot Eric. Impressive prominences.
Which model of Stellarvue do you have? I have a Stellarvue SV90 triplet fluorite which I don't know if would be ok for a Quark.

Re: Sun 17-12-2020

Thanks to all. Yes, Jochen, it is the tilt-tuned version. The sweet spot covers usually only the half of the sun. I am thinking about getting a pressure tuned one or a back filter.

Alfred: Do you think being close to the Equator like you and me, in spite of the humid equatorial weather, give us any advantage? Do you think our seeing is better?

How is the view through your Solarscope but single, not double stack? Do you think better than my Lunt 60 tilt?
Thanks

Thanks
