My business is Astrograph.net. We list the common Lunt models on line but rarely does anyone buy a model online without consulting us first so typically something different is ordered. Astrograph thanks for the information, I have spoken to several shops and they have al said the DS60 doesn't have to be matched. Can you recall where your information comes from then I can quote it. I am in the uk but cannot get the scope I want, has anyone had an experience of buying direct from Lunt USA. How do costs, service compare and do you have to pay import tax - thanks

What about the tripod, is it solid? live in a windy area in Shetland, UK Hi There and welcome to the forum. I have the AZ GTi, essentially the non solar version but with the same tripod. Not got a scope yet, many people have said they have to replace the seals frequently even after a short time

Pressure tuning seems a nightmare. You pay a lot of money for a scope hoping it will last a long time and there seems to be problems within a short time

I hope to get a solarscope soon, wanted a Lunt60mm, DS60 but none at all in Europe.

Does anyone have any photos taken by a Lunt60mm, DS50 scope and any suggestions for a good Mono camera for this set up
