This is fixable. The screw acts on a slanting slot to compress the etalon filter to adjust tuning. Trial and error to chose which hole to put it in. Mark Townley is the man to explain properly.

UV filter does block CaK. You can use an IR filter. The Barlow is ok between the module and camera. I have been using this arrangement for several years with an ED80 and ED100. No issues so far. Good luck.
