Valery, yes the DERF is at the hubby's work in the safe (he told me today). When we get it home tonight it will be the big reveal :)

Stunning CaK Stuart, it really does show that the Sun is almost completely quiet with no plage apart from one area, so nothing developing then.
It was a beautiful weekend :)

Thanks everyone :) :) :) It was a fun few days, at least the cold is better now but the Hubby now has it much worse than me, is that viral mutation or just the man flu effect

Valery, yes the H alpha full discs were double stack Solarscope DSF100.

Thanks for the SPOD :)

ISS pass 19th October 2018

Gosh, it has been a very long time since I used my solar telescope, I couldn't remember how to use it. But I had a holiday and it was Thursday and Friday so of course the Sun was out and two beautiful days. However, yesterday I was a zombie, I had a bad cold and was suffering jet lag in extreme. Thanks for a great review! It looks very similar to my Merlin mount I use for the PST and travelling with which I really love. Pity I don't have a solar tracker on it as well :)
