What camera?

I know this has probably been said a thousand times before but I have been reading about various cameras and I am more confused than ever. It is so complicated. These are great David :bow you did well to stitch 6 panes flawlessly when there are so few surface features. I must say I didn't realise it was a mosaic until you said.

I was very disappointed, the flat iron grey skies were still there at 3.30am.

Great shots of the eclipse Pedro :hamster: I set the alarm for 3.30am but the clouds were as consistent as they have been for the last month, so no miracles happened :(

Yes I noticed that was the case with Eric's shots, very little going on. I think we are about equivalent with 2008 when I first started solar viewing. What happy memories :)

I was thinking that little solar dome would offer you a nice cosy refuge from chilling winds. I would guess it would be unbearable to sit out in a wind at that temperature. I know that I get frozen to the bone sat out in my garden solar imaging in spring. I also find it next to impossible to do nigh...
