Excellent results, Alfred.

Stu.
Thanks Stu. I hope to get the ARIES D-ERF for the C11 and C14 to work soon. I heard that carbon fibre SCT are not so good for high-resolution imaging. The CF C8 seems to be ok. My C11 is also CF. It will be interesting to see how it works out.

Alfred, with less contrast boost the image looks more natural. Excellent! BTW. Which PST etalon has been used? And what the Barlow lens? Valery Dear Valery, I use a Celestron 2x barlow and that fine PST etalon that I bought from you. I believe it is capable of producing even better quality image. I...

Re: AR2741 on 14May

Thanks Franco, Valery and Pedro for your kind comments. Valery, I set the gamma to 2.2. I also stepped up the contrast slightly during post processing. That probably gave a very high contrast. I have re-done the image without increasing the contrast: https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-FKMWOWDZErA/XOD12oHMmy...

Hi Valery, That is a very nice image, despite the weather. I am also keen to try using a Quark Chromosphere on my Celestron 150mm Omni XLT fitted with an ARIES D-ERF.
