Quark and suitable scope
I have my Quark mounted on a TS 50mm Doublet APO Refractor 50/330mm f/6.6 - Day/Night Scope and I'm getting awesome full disc views with 40mm eyepiece. I'm wanting to increase the aperture to 80mm and thinking this scope (below) would work, it's 80/400 F5 but unsure if I will still get a full disc. ...

Re: Quark question
Ok I added a 2" extension tube between the scope and the Quark and yippee skippy I got focus.
I will have to make a support bracket to support diagonal end, but that's no biggie.
Thanks guys.

Quark question
I have my Quark set up as in photo 1 and get awesome views but because of the weight on the little 1'25" diagonal it often slips and falls to one side. So I reconfigure it as in photo 2 but I can't get it to focus. An idea what I can do to get it to focus, I am hoping the clouds clear today to ...

My SM90 has arrived back in Australia after being sent back to Meade for warranty, it is in customs at present and hopefully we can get it out without any costs.
It will then go back to Ken (Merlin66) in Melbourne to test it then he will send it back to me in Townsville.
Fingers crossed.
