A 0.6 or 0.8 ND filter can replace a polarizing filter for visual observation?
Do they differ?
Another question, please: you can use a solar filter baader continunn along with a yellow filter to change the green color continunn?

Yes you can safely use the ND filters...
The Baader Continuum passes the green wavelength only, adding another colour filter will only reduce the transmission not the colour.
