Mount for Lunt 100

Post by JohnW »

Just wondering what people with Lunt 100 scopes use to mount it on?
I found my new Lunt 100 is too heavy for my old mount - it vibrates too easily?
Any suggestions with reasonable cost.
Thanks, John W.

Hi John, I use either the Skywatcher HEQ5Pro or an Orion skyview AZ Dual mount. Since I'm mainly visual, I prefer the Orion, rock steady and easy to use.

John,
I have the 100mm PST mod on the NEQ6pro mount - no issues.

I use a HEQpro6 with a variety of scopes simultaneously - that's my recommendation.
