Quick ZWO sensor question

Post by dccole9 »

All,

So I have a ZWO asi174mm. I know that there is another brand of camera out there that uses the same sensor. Does anybody know what it is?

Chris,
The IMX174 chip is used in the QHY5III and the Basler Grasshopper 3.

Also the Altair Hypercam..

Grasshopper is PGR. Basler reference is acA1920-155um.
I use the Basler myself. Amazing camera, 3 years warranty, professional stuff. With a professional price :)
