New toys......

Post by Astrograph »

Deal all,

New toys are now available

New from Airylab is a new 235mm Dielectric ERF. They have 91% transmission at Ha and at least L6 surface accuracy. The filter is well suited for use with the 9.25" SCT's. A dedicated cell to fit these loses only 2mm aperture. We can also offer cells to fit the Tecnosky 235mm Acromat we offer. A special cell can also be made to allow use on the 8" SCT's. The ERF without cell is priced at £2416 + VAT

To add to the ERF and use with the Edge HD scopes you will need a tele-centric. The Airylab 2.7x is the standard model at £607.50 + VAT. This can be upgraded to 3.5x which helps reduce bandpass of your etalon by around 0.1A. Cost is £457.50 + VAT

For scopes like the standard Celestron 'C' range the new Baader TZ-3 3x Solar Tele-centric is a good match. £332.50 + VAT

Talking of etalons we are now able to offer the excellent range of Solar Spectrum Ha Filters and can even quote stock on these normally hard to get filters. Currently available from stock are

SunDancer 1 19mm / 0.5A
SunDancer 1 19mm / 0.7A
SunDancer 1.5 25mm / 0.7A
Solar Observer 1.5 / 0.65A
Advanced Solar Observer 32mm / 0.5A
Research Grade 32mm / 0.3A
Research Grade 46mm / 0.5A
Research Grade 32mm / 0.6A

Prices start at £2540 + VAT

These filters all come with 2" SC and T2 adaption on both sides. This allows easy connection to any scope. It also permits very easy connection of the 0.7x and 0.4x Tele-Compressors.

What are you waiting for!
