Why would you connect an ASI174 to a USB2 port? These cameras absolutely need USB3 and a SSD drive to get the best from them.
Connecting it to USB2 just throttles the camera's performance massively.

It will depend on the version of ASI174. The Mini version of the 174 is USB 2 only as its sold mostly for guiding. There is a USB3 version.
