I have a C8 XLT in excellent condition - no finder though, flexi dew shield on a loasmandy plate with original packaging, random stab in the dark - does anyone want to swap for a 100mm f6 APO refractor? Has to be f6 - I want it for a solarscope project. I could be tempted by other apertures but want an APO and must be f6...
:)

I guess a Skywatcher equinox 80ED f/6.25 is of no use to you?

Nar, not really, got to be f6 anyways... I already have a 70mm ED scope so not the jump in aperture i'm after.

Nah cool, thought so
A revelation 100mm APO f/6 would be ideal for you

Ideally i'd like a triplet, but i've been looking at prices and they're all four figures :s I'm tempted to get the skywatcher 100mm f6 guidescope - only £265 from FLO - would do what I want perfectly. There's an Orion 100mm f6 from SCS too but more expensive.
I think i'm going to be having a big sale on astro stuff this year, i have a load of eyepieces, scopes, filters and accessories I just don't use anymore, flogging them could raise a decent amount of cash for me to deliberate on what to spend...
Problem is I want more things than I have disposable income for
