Hi, I am new user. I wrote 1 post, but someone rejected it before publishing that it advertises something. Why do posts have to wait for approval at all?

Every new user's first post is reviewed before it is posted because we get bombarded every day with thousands of malicious accounts trying to post penis pumps, porn sites, vitamins, sunglasses, political extremism, solar energy scams, etc...
If your post was deleted by a moderator, that is their decision based on guidelines established and I do not go over it with them.
