Howdy,
My name is Chris Olsen, I'm a wet plate photographer (and particle accelerator operator). I am finishing up a replica of the Kew photoheliograph that I plan on lugging downstate and taking pictures the old fashioned way. Here are a couple images of the prototype at a reenactment, and the almost finished big one... With any luck I'll be setting up at SIU with the History dept reenacting an expedition, though I haven't heard back from that group yet. Also working on a prism based spectroheliograph.Cheers!
