A solar eclipse is an indescribable experience. This was my fifth, and since it was close enough to drive to, I took ALL the gear I could fit into the Jeep. I knew I was trying too hard, and I expected something to fail. I didn't capture everything I was hoping for, but I am satisfied with a good bit of it. Here is a video I put together from Mitchell, Oregon.

Randall:
I could not make it to totality, but after looking at your very nice footage, I lived again those tense moments while mounting the instruments, making all of them work and also the superb moments of totality and the surroundings of the place where you are standing watching the event.
Well done,
Best regards,
Eric.

Great composition you Americans get excited.I really enjoyed it and good to see someone setting up more cameras than me.I really liked the Corona shots they should make for a good poster size print.
Cheers Derek.
