ISS Solar Transit 16/02/2020

Post by salvo lauricella »

Hi all, here my first ISS Solar transit :-)
I used the Lunt LS60THaPT/B1200 and the Grasshopper3 camera. Seeing was not very good, because the transit was at 15:24 UT, but I am very happy to see it!

Hi Salvo,

Excellent.

That is what every Solar imager wants to do once in his lifetime like Planting a tree, building a house and having a child

I have had if I remember well two from which the first one I missed due to the fact that I was confused about the time and it happened before I was ready

There is a good page from a polish guy here https://transit-finder.com/

Rainer

Really cool, Salvo. Nicely done.

This is also definitely on my "things I want to capture" list.

Well done!!! Like Rainer said you have done it!!! I always love to watch the animations, the ISS moves so fast and when you see it on the screen you can't help but to cheer out as load as you can. The neighbours start to think you are weird at this point
