Hello everyone: we had our precious black squirrel visit the bird feeder today. This is the only totally black squirrel we have seen in the 30 years we live here. I love his innocent face when he looked my way...

Wow!! he's gorgeous
I'm guessing he is a black variant of the Grey Squirrel?

Re: Visitor today
Hi Franco,
Great shots and a difficult scene with only Black and White the high contrast. Well managed especially the reflex on the eye of the squirrel which makes him look alive.
Well done

Look at that little guy
Nicely captured, Franco. Not the easiest scene to expose correctly; nailed it.

Re: Visitor today
Thank you Brian. An illegal immigrant Canadian black squirrel crossed the border and settled in our back yard ? Everything is possible these days...
