Solar Halo - April 3rd

Post by MapleRidge »

Hi Everyone...

The clear skies this morning did not last long enough to do any imaging, but as the cloud thickened a distinct solar halo formed. The stock zoom lens on the Canon 60D barely made a wide enough to to capture it, but I did not have any other lens handy at the time.

It is to be sunny on Sunday, so hoping to get some images if I can.
