Excellent! The one on the left is my favourite - the disk side of the limb on the right hand one looks unusual - like just the limb darkening has been inverted - to give limb lightening... Does that make sense?

The right image has a shadows & highlights in PS CS5 (non-linear stretch). Usuall technique: gamma 200 and 2/3 of the histogram filled.

When the sun comes out for a whole day (rare here in the UK!), I want to try all these different gamma techniques... Will be fun to experiment
