Capture 2 problem

I am having trouble seeing the top bar with all the thingys to control the camera, how do i increase the size like in the tutorial in the second photo off my iPad.
The 3rd photo is what i want to increase in size.
I even got my grandson who always comes to my rescue but he couldn't fix it for me.
Can someone please help.

Go to 'view', 'toolbars' and toggle on/off the toolbars you want.

Mmmm I am thinking it is to do with the resolution of your screen. Is there anywhere you can set minimum font sizes? I know you can do that in web browsers but can you do it for software font size? My old laptop used to have tiny writing on everything and the only way to change it was to drop the resolution of the screen or to change the size (magnification) setting, all in the control panel. Thankfully when I changed laptop it all auto corrected. Sorry, I am not much help.
