Quark Me a small Sucess

Post by Derek Klepp »

Well i finally got some images with the Quark on tha ED 102 using a 88mm ERF.I figured the scope and the Quark would be similar to the Lunt and my 2.4ext+2xBarlow combo. The live screen was great except for the darker of band areas which i sort of corrected by rotating the Quark but keeping the camera in its given position.I isec to do a similar thing with my Daystar scope.anyway here are some pics. All in all I am pleased with the results just have to clean my camera chips. Also some setup pics and sunrise.
Cheers Derek

Very nice indeed, as good as the Lunt for proms :hamster: :bow glad it worked :)

Super images of the Sun too and the weird upside down tree in front the blue moon. What is underneath the moon? looks like the lunar surface but with tracks :)
