All though I have been rained off work for nearly half this month I have still managed to get a fair bit of Sun . Today was no exception with 20minutes of AVIs grabbed between the clouds. One thing I have noticed is that in hazy conditions I often get ok results using the 5x Powermate with the lunt 100 always capturing in negative with my Gstarex analouge camera.Of course 85% are not so good but what the ? Hope next month is as good .Autumn down here and time to go fishing.
Cheers to all Derek

Re: A Great Month
As you can see the seeing was not to good but notice the two white dots to the right of the sun spot.

Hi Drek, as you say, the results are almost always good or event much more than good, wonderful. If i read ok you captures in negative, it looks like a very interesting idea, i'll see if my software let me do that, but i think it will not :-(

I don't know Alexandra but this spot looks like it will be a good target in the coming days.
