Re: NEAF 2012
I'll second Alan's praise :cheer:
I sat in on the workshop that Stephen put on on Saturday morning and he did an excellend job coverign the basiscs of what we can see and image on the sun and helped a room full of people get, what I believe, their first attempt at solar imaging. After an hour or more under the sun he took the majority back in to show soem image process with images captured just a short time earlier.
Stephen had a great assortment of solar equipment set up to use (Ha, CaK, Whie Light + cameras and computers)....and worked with the group to answer their questions. I can only imaging the awe that the school groups have when he runs the program with them. I sure hope the solar bug rubs off on a few of them.
Great job Stephen :

Re: NEAF 2012
I thank you for the mention. However, even tho my feet might argue with this, I did a lot less time at the party then Steven Kim. He is a great dude with loads of heart and info.
You had an great crew Saturday, including Steven's wife and daughters. I can only imagine you had the same amount of help on Sunday.
Stephen, your devotion and attitude are an example that makes people want to help.
AND Stupendous Job Alan.
