Re: Return of AR2529 yet to be renamed
Somewhere along the way, someone asked me how often a given spot may go fully around the sun and reappear again. The last time I witnessed such an event was in January of 2014. AR1944 appeared on January 1st until January 13th. It reappeared on January 28th as AR1967, with its partner AR1968 and, lasted until February 10th.
If anyone knows of any others, do let us know.
Just a bit of trivia for the record.
Cheers,
Bill
