These images were taken on the 9th of August during the best seeing i have experienced so far this season. The results are a bit surprising as there were high thin clouds plaguing almost the whole imaging session, but I guess that has more to do with transparency. I like these results because they confirm just what the quantum filter is capable of. The animations are only for 10 minutes, as I was trying to find holes in the clouds throughout. Thanks Brian & Stu for your nice comments. As you know Brian, it is fairly rare to get exceptional seeing along the St. Lawrence valley. So this session was particularly rewarding.
