Genika sequencer - help wanted

Dear all,
Not sure if this the right place for this.
As I admire all the animations you experts are producing I would like to dip my toe.
Has anyone used the Genika sequencer facility to capture a sequence of Sers for solar animation purposes.
I would like some idea on how to go about capturing ( for example ) a sequence of 300 frame captures
based on the parameters of a pilot capture with intervals of say 10mins ( is that about right ? ).
