Franco:
A super shot, it is very difficult when the spot is near the edge, due to the curvature of the sun globe.
What instruments did you use?

Eric: the scope is the 203mm Airylab HaT. There are many things I still have to figure out.... I am in a learning process about this scope.

The rock and hard place comes to mind and you did very well.

Lunt pressure tuned 60mm with 1200 blocking filter.
And Baader 5D solar film filters for all of my lenses and telescopes.

Thank you Jim and Alfred.

Alfred: I am not sure about the specific frequency. This image was taken through a single PST etalon with an optical train that was not what it was supposed to be, therefore I called it an experiment..... I was somehow surprised myself of the result, that in the end is not bad.

We shall see what the next images will bring !
