Hi all,
Here is a full disk I made today with my Lunt LS50Tha and Zwo ASI 120mm-s camera.
The seeing was average.
I was trying to improve my false coloring and I think a found the RGB values that suit me! R: 3.2; G: 1.2; B: 0.3
Cheers,
Taratasy

Thanks Alexandra
I just made another one today, I think it is better (less sharpining and better color). The prom on the upper right is very nice.

Re: Lunt LS50THa Full Disk
Thanks both of you.
The proms are clearer because on the first image I pushed the gain too high resulting in a lot of noise, so I was not able to use the wavelets in R6.
This time I put the gain at 10.

Re: Lunt LS50THa Full Disk
Pushing the old post a bit up....
I am new to this forum, also owning a Lunt 50THa + DS.
The cam I am using is a skyris 132c, but guess will have to go for mono, as my results are far from above quality shown...
To be honest I am surprised about the 2nd picture, which comes close to what I consider my first target to reach.
Have a few questions:
- Are you making avi's in SS or DS mode ?
- avi's shot (disk + proms) in 1 stack ?
- Very interested to learn about your workflow, perhaps you are ready to share ?

Great full disks with so many faint proms, especially the second one.
