Finally got a blue sky morning. Had to wait for the sun to get up above the hillside ( only just made it ).
Beggars can't be choosers, rushed out to get a quick session with the Tal/PST mod + PGR G3.
Typically cloud started to build so session did not last long (more rain) but got a couple of images.
Winter has suddenly arrived ( where was Autumn ? ).
Best wishes,
David

First I must say 'where was summer?'
You got some really nice images David, lovely detail I was so cross to be at work as this was the first time I have seen the Sun in 3 weeks and I am desperate to use the telescope, I don't think it has been out since July.

Hi David
These look great - lots of fine structures to review.
Everyone seems to have had odd weather - we have just come out of winter in Queensland & it was really dry, hot & very different to the past - I recall a week or so where the temp was close & over 30 deg C.

Thank you Franco,Alexandra ,Matt and Stu.
The weather is a total pain. I have a couple of lunar/planetary scopes that have not been used
for so long I keep forgetting I have them. Snails are colonising one of my sheds, spiders another.
Alexandra, I remember Summer, it was on a wednesday this year.
Best wishes,
David

Glad you're getting some sun David. Summer seems to be a distant memory now.
