Sol from the 17th of October 2017.

Post by eroel »

Hello:
Still with bad weather, the sun just gets out for a few minutes between clouds, then is completely covered.
Yesterday had a chance before lunch, the sun showed for a very short time between clouds passing all the time, so had to keep on pausing the avi, then changing continuosly the exposure or gain, so to get 600 frames.
So here are 3 versions of the same avistream, taken with the Solarmax 90-DS-BF30 and the SKYnyx 2-2 with a 0.5X reducer at its nose.
Thanks for looking.
Eric.

Alexandra, thanks, it sure is troublesome to image the sun with clouds rushing by continuously, aside of bad seeing.
Best wishes,
Eric.
