Horrendous haze today

Post by [whrudey] »

With an horrendous haze today, these images of AR2685 are for the record only since sunspots have been scarce these days - far from masterpieces.

Thanks everyone for you kind comments. Although I'll image anything simply for the opportunity to practice, it is far more satisfying when viewing conditions are such that the full potential of my 8" Solar Newton can be realized. Yesterday was disappointing but, September 4th was not.

Seems we have some disturbed weather coming our way so, imaging will be on hold for a few days.

Cheers,

Bill
