Total Solar Eclipse 2017 my final version

Post by Wah »

Based on Mr. Miloslav Druckmüller's HDR and ACHF method, I processed my images again trying to squeeze all the tiniest details from them, and finally got this final version.

Because this is a final version image, i post it here

I almost asked why the solar disk looks like the moon but then I remembered that this is a solar eclipse.
I've never seen an eclipse image presented this way. Effectively done.

I was wondering if it was possible to apply this method to my images, however I only have 6 exposures and they are single frame shots (not stacked) - would it work? I am also not sure if you are interested in sharing a step by step guide to the technique? Let me know what you think, I could always give you the 6 images if you wanted to play around with them instead :)
