Bonfire night Sunshine
OK stupid title but we call the day Bonfire night. Well the Sun does shine through this day (well through the smoke anyway )
I really struggled today, what a difference one week makes. I had to use the upstairs bedroom window for the PST shots at lunchtime, but at 2pm I could just stretch the legs up high to get the TEC and Solarscope working. I had to get the hubbies help to lift the scope that high. The seeing was terrible and these prominence shots are shoddy, but it is the last from me until mid February.

Re: Bonfire night Sunshine
Hi Alexandra...
These are wonderful images to close out the season
It is unfortunate that you are limited by the low sun through the winter. I would be trying to find a place that you could setup with a better horizon (assuming that it isn't horrendously difficult to move all the kit (scopes, filters, cameras) and have a clear window to make it worth the effort.
