Some FD and the filament
A sunny day, finally, but very windy, no good for high resolution imaging. The long filament that appeared few days ago still survive although less spectacular. In a couple of days it will be on the west limb, interesting to image against the dark sky. AR12689 is a small group of C class, not of much interest.

Re: Some FD and the filament
Thanks to all, for the top image I used my Quark on the tail of the Lunt, as Mark noted this is not a true DS but some increase in contrast can be noticed.
Based on SDO mages the filament is still alive and lot of activity at shorter wavelengths is developing on the W limb.

Nice images, Raf. I think all the excitement will be over by the time I see the Sun again!
