sun halpha from december 16

Post by stef41 »

Hi,
I am new to this forum, also a short presentation: I am French (so sorry my poor level in English), and I have been watching the sun for many years.
Sometimes with an astrosolar filter on a C8.
But most often, in halpha. At first, with a lunt ls35dx; but now with a fs60 equipped with a SM40 double stack and BF10.
I practice mostly imaging, and for the sun, it's recently with a zwo asi178mm. I also have a frame problem with this camera in Halpha that I resolved, in part, with the use of a flat (not easy to do the focus of the scope).

Here are some pictures of the sun last Saturday at 12:45 UT with fs60 + sm40DS + glasspath x1.25 + BF10 + zwo178mm
