CCD & CMOS cameras

These are the main CCD & CMOS cameras I regularly use to image the Sun and Moon

Of all these Pedro which do you prefer for smaller and larger apertures?

I use the GS3-U3-28S4M-C in all imaging sessions. It's my working horse.

The ASI174MM is also great but CMOS have considerable less dynamic range

The GS3-U3-28S5M-C was the camera I used more often until I bought the GS3-U3-28S4M-C

What is your experience in using the CCD vs the CMOS cameras?
Ease of use?
Dynamic range?
Newton's rings susceptibility?
Overall image quality?
Readout speed (frames/sec)?
Any easier to process one or the other?

IMHO CCDs are much better compared to CMOS

pros (CCDs)
better dynamic range
less newton rings
better image quality
less noise

cons (CCDs)
lower readout speed

Thanks Perdo.
I have not had the opportunity to use a CCD camera yet.
