Sunday Sun 25th March
A bit of afternoon sun between the clouds for my first proper session of the season. Tried out my refurbished 150mm/DS Lunt 35 combo with cleaned optics and a new collimating lens ahead of the Lunt, this time plano concave vs biconcave. After a bit of a scare, thinking everything had gone pear-shaped during the refurb with flaring and half the image way too bright, a bit of tweaking and re-seating the refocusing lens in the Lunt gave the results I was hoping for.
I also managed a CaK FD (two pane mosaic) on my 72mm F6 refractor fitted with a Lunt B600 module.
All images captured using a Basler acA1920-155um and processed using AS!3/IMPPG/PixInsight.
First up, CaK FDs:

Very little activity to be seen with almost no plage.
Then over to the red and some close views of the lovely proms in Ha:

After the long winter months I really felt out of practice.
Thanks for looking.

Very good images. With my setup I am not able to get that much close up ...

A lovely set, Stu ! I particularly like the color CalK. Glad you were out with the scope, yesterday was also my first time this year.

Re: Sunday Sun 25th March
Forgot to ask Stu, how do you find the difference in the 2 collimating lenses, or too early to say?

Re: Sunday Sun 25th March
Many thanks, guys.
Mark, my first impression is that the plano concave lens is giving marginally better performance over a wider field of view (i.e. without the 2.5x Televue). I don't think it is all that noticeable with the Televue in place. As you suggest, it's early days. Thankfully the scope is all up and working after the rebuild

Re: Sunday Sun 25th March
Wow! these are really good and sharp Stu I would have loved to get the C11 out on Sunday as it looked really calm skies, too bad it is still in pieces. Are you having any problems with Flickr? I notice both you and Mark have uploaded pics OK. It won't accept any of my pictures, it is really frustrating as I would love to post my Sunday haul. I have just paid a 2 year subscription aswell and now it doesn't like any of my images and won't let me post

Thanks for your comments. Regarding Flickr, funny but I had all sorts of problems as well uploading my images. The upload kept hanging up and I had to start over again five or six times over a 30 minute period before I got anywhere. Let's hope things improve.
Hopefully your new bolts will arrive soon so that you can assemble the C11.
