halpha sun of April 6th

Post by stef41 »

Good evening, everyone,

I finally almost saw the sun today...almost, because once I got off work, our star was drowned in cirrus clouds in my house! :(

acquisition around 15h UT at the focus of the fs60 with sm40 double stack, glasspath x1.25, BF10 and zwo178mm with firecapture 2.6 (note that the gamma is inverted on this version: 100 corresponded to 1 with version 2.5 ... and vice versa!)

Hi Stephane,

Nice capture despite worsening condition. Over here, we have lots of clouds since 5 May. This morning (7 May) we have even more clouds.

Nice disks. I think will have to take a peek at the new version of FC.
