AR12708 in H-a and at 655nm 280mm

Post by Valery »

Hi all,

Here are the images of the AR12708 taken May 7 2108 at a moderate seeing condition. Telescope is C11
280mm F/10 SCT equipped with the ARIES full size two bands DERF filter.

The first image has been taken with unheated etalon (far blue wing) and the second image at the H-a core.
One can see how much more interesting this group in Ha than in nearby continuum.

Thanks for looking.

Valery

Cracking shots, Valery! The seeing was unfortunately unusable for me.
