Hi:
Still hazy days that get clouded and then rains, but there is always a chance to get some shots.
Every day if there is a chance to see the sun, I go up before lunch and open the sliding roof and aim the 3 small scopes to the sun, use the Solarmax 90-DS, the 102mm f/9 Meade refractor with the CaK PST mod, and sometimes the 102mm f/7 Stellarvue with a 4X Baader Telecentric and an old Daystar T-Scanner Ha filter.
Usually I take 2 sets of FD´s in Ha and in CaK, one of the "surface" and one of the "prominences", every "surface" and "prominence" set is refocused and has slightly different recording parameters, that is why each set looks a bit different.
Thanks for looking all the FD´s, there is always something new to see.
Best regards,
Eric.
