AR2713 Saturday June 16th

Post by ffellah »

Hello all: last Saturday I was out with the HaT scope between 9:00AM and 10:15AM and gave AR2713 a try. The seeing was not the best and it took a while to get any results. They are a bit noisy but I am OK with it given the conditions.

In the late afternoon we had a welcome and rare visitor: a Pileated woodpecker. The largest woodpecker in the North East, it is about crow size and very, very strong and noisy.

Clear skies to all

Franco

Great shot Franco.

PS:
looks as if I am missing the action. Still in hospital, but recovering.

Greetings to all
