Not been imaging for the last couple of days due to the smoke from the Saddleworth Moor fire.
The moor blaze is just over the hills to the East. Gave us a beautiful red/orange moon a couple of days ago.
Wind seems to be blowing the other way today, so tried a quick FD.
SM40 on 80mm F6, 100 frames stacked from 900 frame SER. Probably too many for
the conditions but needed a few more to smear out the NRs.
Best wishes,
David

Great image David
I was wondering close this was to you, stay safe! Here in Manchester yesterday the smoke was terrible, nobody knew whether to keep cool by opening the window and choke to death or keep the windows closed and suffocate in the heat. It seems a bit clearer today although still a very rich smell of burning.
