Some July 9 images.

Post by p_zetner »

Greetings Everyone.

I was hoping for some improved seeing conditions at a new location but the jet stream had other ideas! Despite many useless videos, I did manage to get the occasional improvement in seeing and was able to produce images of the weak active region near the E limb. Imaging of the AR was done with my C8 Edge system at f46. About 150 images out of 3000 were stacked.

Cheers, Peter.

Excellent, very promising images Peter. The inverted one seems to reveal more detail, but in general the plasma action looks great...

Very promising indeed !
There is some 3D effect around the active region.

Better and better, Peter!

Your setup works great and this is not it's limit.
