Very nice disk. I was wondering about your deconvolution technique, though. At high magnification I notice the same kind of structure that I get by deconvoluting with ImPPG with larger PSF then sharpening. I’m starting to favour the ARL routine in ImagesPlus. It’s slow and requires many iterations but, to a large degree, seems to avoid producing this kind of effect.
