Ha Full Disk 23rd July

Post by marktownley »

Been away for a few days on the boat. A few hours this morning let me grab a quick full disk where the filaments were making a smiley face. The 'nose' is the remnants of AR12715 from this date in June. Apart from that the sun is quiet.

Taken with a pair of double stacked 50mm Lunt etalons on the ED60 f6 scope with a PGR chameleon 3 camera.

Very nice H and Ca disks, Mark.
Not sure what to make of the hybrid, though!

Cheers, Peter.
