Quark setup

Post by denababy »

Hi all I hope you are all ok. Since I received my Quark I have been trying to set it up I.e how many spacers for which camera (Altair Astro gap cam 8 and my zwo 120mm) but we have not had a clear enough sky. The best I have managed is that I get the Sun but not quite in focus, a squeeze one way or the other and focus is lost. Oh for a clear sky so I can experiment with different setups. It is so frustrating cloudy days but clearish nights, I did manage to see the Andromeda galaxy about 11pm last night but cameras not hooked up so only visual. Setup now ready for a few clear minutes.
