Ca K images of August 4

Post by christian viladrich »

Dear All,

Some very limited activity can be spotted in Ca K on August 4. Here are some images taken with the Takahashi TOA 150 :

A zoom on the area at the center of the disk :

Beautiful calcium images, Christian.
Is your full disk a mosaic?
Cheers, Peter.

Beautifully performed images, Christian!

I too, always looking for your images. I especially impressed how contrast your Barr CaK filter - a chromosphere spiculae lyer is easily seen at the limb.
