I got my new daystar Ca-H today,so I try it with my student at our school.

We did not try visual observation ,because the CaH line(3968.5Å) is nery near the UVA line, we need to protect our eyes firstly~ ;)

Fantastic!!! :bow looks very hot on that games court though, have you tried setting up in a field? I think the Quark is designed for visual use, it should be perfectly safe.

I read the daystar website today .Yes,i think we can try it in the visual way.
But sadly it is cloudy today.

Nice images, Thomas.
I agree with Alexandra. It doesn’t look like you are ideally situated with regard to (local) seeing. A grassy field should be better.
